So if you’ve seen my Instagram, you might know that I’m participating in the Kahootie Co. 30-day fitness challenge!
So what exactly is this 30-day challenge? It’s whatever you want it to be!
Kahootie Co. makes adorable planning items and recently came out with their new fitness pads. They allow you to keep track of your health and fitness. Kahootie Co. is promoting these new pads by encouraging you all to join the challenge. Essentially, the challenge consists of you trying to be more mindful and start forming healthy habits!
For me personally, my goals are:
– Drink at least 4 water bottles per day.
– Be active for at least 30 minutes each day.
– Get at least 7.5 hours of sleep every night.
– Be more mindful of what I’m eating + add veggies to every meal.
Now that I graduated from college and have a salary (#blessed), I can finally afford to buy healthier foods. I’m saying “goodbye poor malnourished college student and hello healthy adult Kellyn!” I am currently in Week 2 of this challenge and feel GREAT.
I read online that it takes at least 21 days to form or break habits. I’m hoping that this 30-day challenge will get me in the habit of being active and eating healthy every single day. I will blog about this again once the challenge is done and let you know how I did. If you’re looking to challenge yourself this summer, I suggest starting out with a similar challenge.
